This website

This website has no forms, no user accounts, and no advertising or analytics cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

When you contact us

If you message us on Instagram, email us, or contact us on WhatsApp, we receive your name or username, your contact details, and anything you send us, such as references, sketches, quantities and timelines. We use this only to reply to you, prepare quotes and samples, and make and deliver your order.

Your designs

Designs, files and project details you share with us are kept confidential and used only for your project. We sign NDAs on request.

Who helps us

We use trusted service providers to run our business, for example Meta (Instagram and WhatsApp), our email and website hosting providers, and AI tools such as Anthropic’s Claude to help draft replies. They process information on our behalf and under their own terms. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and project files for as long as we need them for your project and for our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
